For this project, we carried out a full removal of the existing sand and cement render, taking everything back to the original substrate to ensure a solid foundation for the new system.
The property has now been upgraded with a premium EWIPRO silicone render system, providing a modern, low-maintenance finish that not only enhances the appearance of the home but also offers excellent durability and weather protection for years to come.
To complete the transformation, we also installed a brand-new dry verge system to both the main gable and rear extension, creating a clean, maintenance-free finish that perfectly complements the new render.
